Jim Foote is a 1985 Louisburg High School graduate. He attended Kansas State University, majoring in Agricultural Economics. After college he returned home to the family business and currently serves as the Farm Manage for Foote Cattle Company. Jim and wife Dana have three children; James, Megan and Michael.

Meeting Dates and Times
The Board of Education of Louisburg USD 416, Miami County, Kansas will meet on the second Monday of each month. Board meetings will be conducted in the official board room of the Unified School District No. 416, located at 29020 Mission Belleview Rd., Louisburg, Kansas at 6:00 PM. If the established date falls on a legal holiday, specified by the Board of Education, such regular meeting will be held on the day following, commencing at the same hour as detailed above.

USD 416 encompasses 156 square miles and is located entirely in the eastern part of Miami County. USD 416's eastern boundary is the Kansas-Missouri state line; the northern boundary is the Miami County-Johnson County line; at the southern boundary is the Miami County-Linn County line. The western boundary of USD 416 borders the following school districts: Spring Hill USD 230, Paola USD 368 and Prairie View USD 362. USD 416 includes the incorporated city of Louisburg and the unincorporated communities of Bucyrus, Chiles, New Lancaster, Jingo and a portion of Somerset. Located near the Kansas City metropolitan area, USD 416 is within ten miles of the city of Overland Park, Kansas.
USD 416 currently operates five schools: one elementary (grades K-2), one elementary (grades 3-5), one middle (grades 6-8), one high school (grades 9-12), and learning center (grades 9-adult). Bus service is provided for all students within the district. Our K-12 student population is estimated at 1,700.

Lanny Smith is a 1966 graduate of Louisburg High School. He graduated in 1970 from Pittsburg State University with a B.S. in Mathematics. Lanny retired from Hallmark Cards after more than 40 years as an analyst and planner for the company. Lanny and his wife Barbara have three daughters, Shava, Angela, and Kalee, and eight grandchildren. Lanny's three daughters and four of his grandchildren also graduated from Louisburg High School and the remaining four will graduate Wildcats as well.

Jo Erin Stuteville

Jo Erin is a 1997 graduate of Louisburg High School and a 2001 graduate of Pittsburg State University. She is a property and casualty insurance agent for Elliott Insurance Group, where she has been employed for 18 years. Jo Erin, along with her husband Adam, have two children, Afton and Even.

Jennifer Goodman

Jennifer Goodman is a 2003 Louisburg High School graduate. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University. She is currently employed at Faith Home Healthcare as a Physical Therapist. Jennifer and her husband, Mickey, have three daughters; Aubry, Harper and Lee

Sari Antisdel

Sari Antisdel is a 1998 Louisburg High School graduate. He has his Bachelors in Business Administration from Emporia State University. He is a Fire Captain for the City of Olathe Fire Department. Sari and his wife Micala have three children, twin daughters Alaire and Arden, and a son Jett

Rob Vohs
Position 1, Term 2024-2027
Mr. Vohs graduated from Louisburg High School in 1991. He has a B.S. in Pharmacy from Kansas University, class of 1996. He is currently employed at Walmart Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Manager and has been with the company for 28 years. His wife's name is Julie and they have four children; Brock, Briar, Bristol and Brooks

Pat Apple
At-Large Position, Term 2024-2027
Pat Apple attended Louisburg High School and then attended electrical trade school. Pat and Debbie started Apple Electric Inc. in 1983, specializing in commercial and industrial wiring. The business was sold in 2018. Pat previously served on the Louisburg school board for 12 years, Miami County Commission for 2 years, Kansas Senate for 10 years and the Kansas Corporation Commission for 4 year.
