Parents & Guardians of BES Students:

Broadmoor Elementary is piloting a door security/intercom system for the main entrance of the building.   This system requires you to buzz the office via the button on the intercom in from 8:10 AM– 2:50 PM Monday through Friday.  When prompted, please state your name and your purpose for visiting the school.  At that time, the front office will allow you to enter.  For quicker service, call prior to your arrival to the school and we will have your child waiting in the office.

This system is in place to help ensure student safety.  We ask that you please be patient with us as we implement this new security feature.

In August 2012, Pew Internet Research reported 45 percent of American adult cell  phone  owners have a smartphone. In addition, 25 percent of American adults own a tablet computer. Those numbers are expected to increase. Anticipating this, our website provider, SOCS, helped us get ready for the trend by providing a mobile view of our web site.

SOCS, a leading web-hosting company, furnishes websites for school districts,  hospitals,    municipalities and other community non-profits. This service is provided by the Foundation for Educational Services, in Lincoln Nebraska.
